I’m Chevone, co-owner of Pearl & Root in Medford, Oregon. With a background in marketing and a lifelong love for beauty and wellness, I wanted to create a space that goes beyond surface-level self-care. Pearl & Root was built with intention to be a place where you can slow down, restore balance, and leave feeling truly radiant. Our specialty is Japanese-inspired head spa treatments that combine scalp therapy with deep relaxation. These services support healthy hair growth, ease tension, and help melt away stress, leaving you refreshed and renewed. Alongside scalp care, we also offer professional teeth whitening and wellness services so you can feel confident in your glow. For me, Pearl & Root is more than a spa, it’s an experience. Every detail is designed to help you feel calm, cared for, and restored. I believe self-care should feel like a necessity you look forward to, not just a luxury reserved for special occasions. And I’m Crystal, co-founder of Pearl and Root. I grew up in sunny San Diego, where my love for wellness and entrepreneurship first began. In 2019, I was honored to be named Business Owner of the Year, a recognition that affirmed my passion for creating meaningful client experiences. After relocating to Southern Oregon, I embraced family life and, during late-night feedings with my son, I discovered the incredible world of head spa services popular in Asia. I knew immediately this was something our community needed, and that vision became Pearl & Root—a luxury spa dedicated to balance, beauty, and restoration. I’m also a proud mom of two and deeply devoted to my role as a mother. Alongside my spa, I run a nonprofit supporting birth work, with a special focus on helping families through postpartum transitions. My work at Pearl & Root centers on women’s wellness, with a particular passion for supporting those experiencing postpartum and menopausal hair loss.
